Discovered this Local gem through research, Was looking to maintain my car's paint beyond nornal means, I.E Hand washing and waxing, when necessary, I wanted to have a trustworthy professional to suit the needs of my beloved BMW's … More Exterior and Interior, searching here on Google, locally, I came across a local family owned buisness, VIP AUTO SPA! Sparked my interested through its website and its extensive information, excited, I sought more info, and shortly after, I was contacted by non other than Rob, A family man and proud owner of this excellent Auto Detailling buisness, he spoke to me whole heartedly, and shared with me his extensive services for detailing my car, it took me a whole year to finally decide to set up an appointment and finally take my car in to get a recent Spooky Special, I recieve texts occasionally on my phone for the latest deals and specials, and I was one of the first of 5 people to respond to the spooky special, which gave me a generous discount! So I set up the appointment via text very easily and responses back were timely, answering any questions regarding schedule and services. I was squeezed in on Friday and I was able to drop off my car as early as 8:30, given I work Nights, so that very morning I found the location in the the buisness park, in a very clean area, and very easy to locate, pulling in I found parking and checked in with the front desk, she was very patient and respectful, not much later I met Rob, finally! Excited he gave me a great tour of the facility and showed me some of the main services he and his team of professional provides, and eventually brought me to the garage where employees were working and making all the magic happen! My first impressions were beyond expectations, clean, organized, quality materials and equipment, everything to which I can happily say, am one happy client! Rob gave me complete assurance and even threw in an extra service for my windows on top of everything that was already discounted on the special! His dedication to his passions, his buisness and his family, really show by the quality of training and work ! My car was very dusty and dirty from my travels, and Rob and his team cleaned my car in a few hours and was promptly notified me when it was ready!
